Returning for the 10th year, Lou Lemire is once again bringing a week long hockey camp to Castlegar!

Full details are available on the site but some highlights are:

    • 2 hours of on-ice instruction each day
    • Player program includes: edge work progressions, quick feet/acceleration, passing skills, wrist/backand/snap/flip/slap shot, deke & dangle techniques
    • Goalie program includes: proper stance, edgework/movement progressions, puckhandling/rebound control/shooting skills, stick/glove save progressions, save selection
