Jeff Roberts Family Assistance Fund
The Jeff Roberts Family Assistance Fund will be helping out families within CMHA. Jeff Roberts was a dedicated volunteer to CMHA and passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer in May of 2010.
In his memory we have established this fund that will help families with team fees. Team fees are one area where there is not assistance available to families in need. Team fees can vary from team to team, you can apply for any amount the maximum allowable per player is $250.00.
Jeff believed in giving back and as a result if you are successful in your application for team fee assistance you will be expected to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours for CMHA in any capacity. This would be in addition to any post you currently hold in the organization.
Applications must be complete by Oct 14, 2024. Decisions will be made by Oct 31.
