CAAB3- Merrick’s Team. Summerland Tournament (November 8-10)

The team had a strong start to the tournament and went undefeated in the round robin. They played the home association of Summerland in the semifinal and walked away with a 7-4 win to bring on Spokane for the final. They fought hard till the end, but Spokane had the edge, winning 6-1. The team didn’t come home empty handed and walked away with the Silver Pucks.

CAAB2. – Rob’s team. North Okanagan Tournament (November 15-17)

This team had a great start to the tournament, going 3-0 and finishing first overall. In the semifinal they played their hearts out and beat Kelowna 4-3, paving the way to the final vs the home team of North Okanagan. In what was described as a great game, they won 5-2 to bring home GOLD.

 

CAAB1- Ed’s team Penticton Tournament (November 15-17)

Again, the Castlegar team went undefeated in the round robin and finished 1st overall. The semifinal vs Cloverdale was a tough battle that ended up going into overtime to decide the game. Not the outcome they had wanted but a hard battle till the very end. They ended up losing 5-4.
